Moira Chapman

Moira Chapman’s practice is focused on civil litigation matters.  Moira has experience in several service areas, including commercial litigation, business reorganization and bankruptcy, energy, transportation and logistics, and financial services.  Prior to joining the Firm, Moira had extensive experience representing energy and transportation creditors throughout their collection efforts, including representing energy contractors and subcontractors in establishing and enforcing mineral liens, and pursuing claims in bankruptcy.  This practice led Moira to have a deep understanding of the business and personal aspects inherent in litigation.

During law school, Moira served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Martin Hoffman of the 68th Civil District Court and externed with Judge Harlin D. Hale of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of Texas.
